Registration/Pre-Registration/Presenters/Chairpersons

Registration and Pre-Registration are both at the Exhibit Center lobby. All presenters and chairpersons should check in at the “Presenter’s/Chairperson” booth in the Exhibit Center lobby before going to the hotels. We need to know that you are at the convention.

The registration area opens at 7:00 am. Coffee and breakfast are available in the hotel cafes.

PARKING IS LIMITED, SO PLEASE ATTEMPT TO CARPOOL.

Parking is available at the Exhibit Center, the DoubleTree Hotel, and the Holiday Inn. Look for our parking signs as you enter the hotel complex from Davidson Ave. A shuttle bus makes stops at all convention sites.

Holiday Inn, Doubletree Hotel, and Garden State Exhibit Center.

Traffic is usually light in the area before 7:00 am and gradually picks up until it is terrible by 8:00 am. Plan to arrive early. It can take 30 minutes to move one mile if you arrive later.

PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA TRAVEL TIME IN THE MORNING.

From Northern New Jersey via I-287 Southbound
Take Exit 10 (Route 527/Easton Avenue/New Brunswick Exit). At the bottom of the exit ramp get into the right lane. Turn right onto Easton Avenue. At the first traffic light turn right onto Worlds Fair Drive. Go to the stop sign (traffic light pending 1/4 mile). Turn right and go to the next stop sign. This is Davidson Ave. Turn right. The Doubletree and Garden State Exhibit Center will be on the right side in the Atrium Complex (turn right). The Holiday Inn will be on the left (parking available behind the hotel). The Ukrainian Center parking area is on the left on Davidson Ave. past the Atrium Complex/Exhibit Center.

From Central New Jersey via I-287 Northbound
Take Exit 10 (Route 527/New Brunswick/South Bound Brook). Bear right, follow Route 527 North to the first traffic light and make a left (Davidson Ave.). The Garden State Exhibit Center and the Doubletree Hotel are on the left in the Atrium Complex (left turn). The Holiday Inn is on the right side of Davidson Ave. (parking behind the hotel). The Ukrainian Center parking area is on the right immediately after your left turn onto Davidson Ave.

From Northern New Jersey & New York via The Garden State Parkway
Take the Parkway south to Exit 129 for I-287 North. Follow directions above for I-287 northbound. (From South Jersey the Exit is 127 for I-287)

From The NJ Turnpike (also known as I-95)
Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 10 (Metuchen/Edison) to I-287 North. Follow the directions above for I-287 Northbound.

From I-78 (East or West)
Take the exit for I-287 South. Follow the directions above “From Northern New Jersey via I-287”
